Duplicate a broadcast
Requires `write` (`broadcast:compose`). Clones targeting, blocks, and per-block visibility into a fresh draft titled "Copy of …"; drops the source's one-time channel group. No status guard.

/api/broadcasts/{id}/duplicateAuthorizationBearer <token>
A Stet API key (prefix bk_), created under Settings → API keys. The whole API requires the Growth plan or higher; keys are scoped read or write — composing and sending require write.
