Audiences

Saved, named groups of Slack channels that broadcasts target.

An audience is a saved, named group of Slack channels that broadcasts target. Give it a name and a color, and every broadcast targeted at it reaches every channel inside.

Building an audience

Audiences are built from your synced Slack channel list: pick the channels to include. If the Stet bot hasn't joined one yet, invite it from the same picker — a broadcast can only reach channels the bot is a member of.

One-time channels

Not every send needs a saved group. One-time channels is a per-broadcast, ad-hoc channel list that isn't saved — it behaves like a full audience for preview, targeting, and delivery tracking, but it's scoped to the one broadcast that created it and never appears on the audiences dashboard or in the picker for other broadcasts.

Per-block targeting

Inside a broadcast, each block can target a chosen subset of its audiences — a launch announcement might show a shared header to everyone but a pricing line to only one audience. The composer's per-audience preview switches between audiences so you can confirm exactly which blocks each one will receive before you send.
